⚠️ The Problem
A client in a large, double-storey home recently upgraded their fiber line but was not receiving the full speeds. Due to the massive layout and thick walls, the existing hardware was capping out, leaving dead spots and slow connections in key entertainment and living areas.
🛠️ What We Did
- Hardware Assessment: Tested existing hardware and identified the bottlenecks.
- Core Upgrade: Installed a high-capacity TP-Link core router at the main fiber point.
- Mesh & Cabling: Upgraded the mesh network and hardwired the access points using CAT6 cabling, completely hidden to maintain the home's aesthetics.
✅ The Outcome
The client now receives full fiber speeds on both floors. The mesh network seamlessly hands off the connection as users move through the house, leaving zero dead spots and zero visible clutter.
